2012 Timor-Leste. Since December 2009, Mercy Corps Timor-Leste has been implementing its 42-month Sustainable Crop Production, Utilisation, and Resource Management through Capacity Enhancement (SECURE) program in Ainaro and Manufahi Districts. SECURE is funded by the European Commission (EC) and aims to address systemic and widespread poverty and food insecurity in Timor-Leste.
